Purpose
This SOP outlines the standard process through which external institutions, universities, organizations, and corporate partners can collaborate with MSMGrad, a division of MSM Group. It ensures transparency, uniformity, and efficiency in evaluating, approving, and managing partnerships for Joint Degrees, Executive Certifications, Skilling Programs, and other academic collaborations.

Step 1: Partner Inquiry Submission
Action: Prospective partners fill out the “Partner With Us” form at www.msmgrad.com/partner.

- Authorized Point of Contact (with designation)

Step 2: Preliminary Evaluation (T+2 Days)
Team Involved: MSMGrad Strategic Partnerships Team
Action:
- Review organizational credentials, NAAC/NIRF status (if academic)
- Evaluate infrastructure capability, accreditation, and prior collaborations
Step 3: Introductory Meeting & Presentation (T+5 Days)
Mode: Online (Zoom/MS Teams)
Participants: MSMGrad Director/COO + Academic Head + Prospective Partner
Deliverables:
- MSMGrad Capability Deck
- Revenue Share Model Discussion
- Program Mapping (from MSMGrad Catalog)
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Exchange
Step 4: Due Diligence & MoU Drafting (T+10 Days)
Documentation Required from Partner:
- Accreditation & Regulatory Documents
- Tax certificate
- Registration Certificate
- Authorized Signatory Verification
Action: MSMGrad legal team shares custom agreement template with deliverables, responsibilities, IP clauses, and revenue terms.
Step 5: Agreement Signing & Onboarding (T+15 Days)
Signing Parties: Partner Institution + MSMGrad Chairman/Authorized Officer
Post-signing Activities:
- LMS provisioning
- Branding kits and co-branding templates
- Trainer alignment and orientation
- Joint marketing rollout planning
Step 6: Program Go-Live (T+30 Days)
Milestones:
- Batch Launch Plan Finalized
- Admission microsite (if needed) is live
- Batch-wise calendar setup
- Student onboarding and counselor training
- Certification and compliance checklist shared

VI. KPIs & Reporting
- Time from Lead Generation to MoU: ≤ 30 Days
- Partner Satisfaction Index: ≥ 4.5/5
- Student Enrollment Target per Partner (Y1): ≥ 200 Learners
- Joint Program Activation Rate: 100% within 45 days
- Revenue Closure & Invoice Cycle: Every 30/45/60 Days as per MoU
VII. Exit/Termination Clause
- Either party may terminate the collaboration with 90 days’ written notice.
- All financial settlements, certificates, and student access must be honored up to the termination date.
- Breach of academic quality, IP violation, or ethical misconduct will result in immediate review and possible contract revocation.
