Welcome to the “MSM Grad.com” Portal (the “Portal”), operated by MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify), a division of M Square Business Solutions Inc. The MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) Portal serves as an online portal for students, parents, agents and institutions in the education industry to access the information they need to make informed decisions and to facilitate communication amongst its users. These Terms and Conditions apply to every person visiting the Portal and by coming to the Portal, you agree to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these conditions, you must not use the Portal.
Checking the “Accept” button during sign-up means you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. We are free to change, add, or delete any part of the Terms and Conditions at our own discretion. We will notify you of any changes to our Terms and Conditions by publishing changes on the Portal. You can access the site and see the date of the last revision of our Terms and Conditions at the very top of this document.If you do not agree to the changes, feel free to terminate your use of the Portal accordingly by signing out and closing the window on your browser.

No academic credit
Unless otherwise indicated by a credit-granting institution, participation in or completion of any content offered on our site does not confer any academic credit. Even if credit is awarded by one institution, there is no presumption that other institutions will accept that credit. You agree not to accept credit for completing online courses and programs (“Content Offerings”) unless you have earned a certificate or other equivalent documentation of your completion of the Content Offerings. MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify), instructors, and the associated content providers have no obligation to have Content Offerings recognized by any educational institution or accreditation organization
Data usage
We value the safety and security of your personal information. In order to proceed with the use of the Portal, you agree to the following conditions regarding your personal information.
Personal information shall include the following:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone number
- Education background and application records
- Professional background and credentials
- Ongoing student records
- Payment information and details (“Personal Information”)
Personal Information includes information or an opinion forming part of a database, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion.
Submission of complete and accurate data
In order to use the Portal, you must:
- Provide personal information that is complete, updated, and accurate as part of your application process. This includes your name, contact information, citizenship, gender, date of birth, legal status, mailing address, emergency contact information, financial information for assessment of your capacity to support your studies abroad, educational qualifications, transcript, language proficiency scores, passport details, and all other information required for admissions, which include financial and medical information, as requested by the Portal.
- Obtain all necessary permission(s) from any affected third party, such as your educational institution, before applying to the Portal.
Intellectual property rights
Unless stated otherwise, MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) has full ownership of the intellectual property rights of the Portal and all materials used on the Portal. The MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) intellectual property and materials contained on the Portal can be used for your personal use, except under these conditions:
- Republishing of the intellectual property or materials from the Portal to other online, digital, or print media platforms; sub-licensing of any product or info taken from the Portal; and reproduction of any work, survey or study produced by the Portal.
No non-personal or commercial use of this intellectual property or materials is authorized or permitted.
Copyrights and trademarks
MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) holds sole rights to all the digital content and information found on the Portal, except those that you can find on the internet in compliance with the fair usage policy.
We prohibit the use of our trademarks for any commercial and non-commercial use without our prior consent. All the data mining activities, i.e., scrapping, crawling and republishing, are not allowed until and unless written permission is obtained from MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify).
Downloading content from the Portal does not grant you any rights or titles to use it for commercial use.
MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) communication
We hold the sole rights to, and you explicitly authorize us to store and retain all emails, comments, and views that relate to the services provided on the Portal or posted by you, and we are free to use this information for the purposes of the Portal. However, you can at any time request to delete, remove, edit, or otherwise revise content that is posted on the Portal, which you may wish to amend or delete. The use of foul and offensive language in any form is strictly prohibited, as is any content that breaches our Unacceptable Use provisions (see below).
Refund policy
We do refund the non-utilized portion of the fees back to students/Agents in the same mode through which it is received. If any student or agent wants their refunds under any other name we do take the request letter from the student/agent from whom we received it and accordingly we make the payment but then this refunds will be offline refunds. On the payment gateway all the refunds are expected to be refunded back to students or agents on the original pay mode. The refund periodicity can be defined by students/agents as per the applicability of PG or any appropriate timelines as a standard practice.
Creating an MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) profile
Subject to the limitation of liability below, the Portal will protect all private information provided by the student with the terms specified in our Privacy Policy document. By allowing us to create a profile with your personal information, you agree to comply with the terms of that Privacy Policy which protect your confidentiality, contact info, and documents for the information you provide to MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify).
Consent to the processing of your data
Part of our services involves the collection and processing of your data and submission to our college and university affiliates and our international service providers. Continued use of the Portal means you allow us to:
- Disclose your personal information to our colleges and universities and affiliated agents with MSM Unify (“Partners”), visa agencies, and language testing organizations as part of our MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) services which may be located out of the country

Transmit messages to you from MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) for both marketing and informational purposes in relation to our products and services.
Your data is solely yours as nothing herein gives MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) ownership of your Personal Information or permission to use it outside the purposes of the services we provide to you and for which you are agreeing herein. - Under no circumstances will your Personal Information be used by MSM Grad (From the house of MSM Unify) for the purpose of marketing and sales.

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to MSMGrad (“Platform”), an education technology platform operated by M Square Business Solutions Inc. and its global education marketplace MSM Unify. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, courses, content, assessments, certifications, and features provided by MSMGrad, whether directly or through its academic and service partners.
Please read this document carefully. By registering, enrolling, or accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Definitions
- “MSMGrad” refers to MSMGrad, a brand under Laul global, including its affiliates, employees, officers, and its authorized partners.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Platform (including learners, mentors, institutions, corporate clients).
- “Content” means all learning materials, including curriculum, videos, quizzes, data, software, and graphics made available via the Platform.
- “Services” means academic programs, digital tools, support, and certifications delivered via MSMGrad.
User Eligibility
- Users must be 16 years or older to access our services.
- If under 18, access must be supervised by a parent/guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- You must have the legal right and capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep them updated.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and not share login credentials with any third party.
- Use the Platform solely for lawful educational purposes.
- Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, infringing, or defamatory.
- Abide by all academic integrity policies, including avoiding plagiarism, impersonation, and cheating.
- Not reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform code or content.
Violation of any of the above may lead to suspension or permanent termination of access, without refund, and maty lead to legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All course content, Platform design, logos, videos, assessments, source code, and brand identifiers are the exclusive intellectual property of MSM Group and MSMGrad, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Content only for personal, non-commercial use during the period of enrolment.
- Any attempt to copy, resell, modify, or distribute our proprietary content or system will attract legal action under the applicable laws.
- MSMGrad reserves the right to record live classes and use them for quality assurance, marketing, or future training purposes.
Course Enrollment & Access
- Access to a program is granted upon successful fee payment and validation of eligibility.
- Course access is non-transferable and non-refundable after enrollment (subject to refund policy).
- MSMGrad reserves the right to modify course structure, modules, trainer allocation, or Content without prior notice, to align with industry trends or accreditation standards.
- MSMGrad may, at its sole discretion, reject any application without providing a reason.
Assessment, Certification & Evaluation
- Certification is issued only upon successful completion of all assessments, attendance, and project submissions as per program standards.
- MSMGrad and its academic partners reserve the final right to determine eligibility for certification.
- Assessment results are final and no re-evaluation will be entertained unless explicitly offered under a retake policy.
Placement & Career Services
- MSMGrad offers placement support as an assistance service, not as a job guarantee.
- Job assistance may include resume building, interview training, employer connects, and hiring drives.
- MSMGrad will not be liable for any hiring decisions made by employers or partners.
Limitation of Liability
- MSMGrad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
- MSMGrad does not warrant uninterrupted access to the Platform or error-free services, although all reasonable steps will be taken to maintain availability.
- Total liability of MSMGrad, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the Service in question.
Data Usage & Privacy
- All data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy).
- By using the Platform, Users consent to data collection, storage, processing, and international data transfer for education and reporting purposes.
- MSMGrad may share anonymized data with academic partners or accreditation agencies for statistical and quality assurance purposes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the request is raised within 7 calendar days of enrolment and before accessing more than 10% of course content or attending any live session.
- No refunds will be processed after this period unless the course is canceled by MSMGrad.
- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 21 business days after written acknowledgment.
- Transaction charges or bank fees are non-refundable.
Program Suspension & Force Majeure
MSMGrad reserves the right to suspend or delay course delivery under circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics/pandemics
- Server outages or cyberattacks
- Government or regulatory restrictions
In such cases, no liability or refund will be entertained, though alternative delivery mechanisms may be explored.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, with jurisdiction exclusively vested in the courts at British Columbia, Canada.
- Any disputes, controversies, or claims shall first be attempted to be resolved via mediation or arbitration, facilitated by a mutually agreed neutral party.
Modifications to the Terms
- MSMGrad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Users are advised to review this page periodically.
